Listen to the Dead Weather's Debut Album

Interested in Jack White's new band, but don't feel like shelling out the money to buy the album until you hear it?  Well Jack White has taken care of that for you.

For 24 hours you can listen to Horehound, the Dead Weather's new album, through their iLike Facebook page.  The debut album comes out July 14.

Dead Weather is compromised of Alison Mosshart of the Kills, Jack Lawrence of the Raconteurs, Queens of the Stone Age's Dean Fertita, and of course Jack White of the White Stripes and the Raconteurs.

Free Music for Your Summer Soundtrack

The bags are packed, the drinks are in the cooler, and the car has a full tank of gas.  Let the summer road trip commence.  But wait...you can't have a road trip without tunes on the stereo. Muse Announces Release Date for "The Resistance"

Muse has announced that the band's fifth studio album, "The Resistance", will be released September 14, 2009.

The upcoming album was produced by the trio and mixed by Mark Stent  Stent's other projects have included work with Bjork, Depeche Mode, and Oasis.

The band will kick off a European tour for the album beginning October 22 in Finland and ending in Italy on December 4.  The band recorded the new album in Milan and Lake Como in Italy.

The band's Web site states that "more information and tracklisting" will come soon so stayed tuned.
